Coupon Code Not Working

What to do when a coupon code doesn't work

The following error messages may occur after entering your Coupon Code.

This may be due to a variety of issues, but is most commonly caused by:

  • Coupon code is expired
  • Code typed incorrectly
  • Code is not applicable to the item(s) in your cart
  • Code has met its usage limits

First step is to review the coupon code for spelling and any applicable sale dates.
Next, review if there are any limitations to the coupon.  For example, many of our coupons will not reduce the price of Wall Mounted Time Clocks or Accessories.
Lastly, review if you have used the coupon code on a prior purchase.  For example, the coupon code 'FreeTestBadge' can only be used once per client.
