The following instructions are if you plan on purchasing Custom Printed Time Cards

Submit a Custom Time Card Form

The first step in creating custom cards is to fill out the following form:
This form helps us gather the initial details of your time card needs.

Next Steps

Once we receive your Custom Time Card Request form, the following actions will occur.

1) Card Design

Our design team will send a sample card layout with your logo and custom text fields. Feel free to modify or remove any fields as desired.

2) Pro-Forma Invoice

Once you have signed off on the design of your card, we will send a pro-forma invoice with details of quantity, price, and layout for each card.


3) Card Printing

Once payment is received we will add your custom cards to our printing queue. Note: this may take between 2-3 weeks depending on current workload.


4) Custom Reorder Link

Included with every custom time card purchase is a personalized Reorder Link.
We will print an overrun of your card order.
These cards will always be in stock allowing you to place follow up orders in any quantity, at any time.  (no minimums, Hooray!)
